Before construction begins, we head out to the building site. HGSA’s team of highly skilled scientists conduct a complete site audit. We study the ground and surrounding geology to assess the feasibility and stability of the proposed site and project.

The report and recommendations
Our copious notes and measurements are detailed in our homeowner report, delivered directly to you. Stamped with the trusted H.G. Schlicker seal of approval, our report details all of our findings, in plain English. We also make construction recommendations that your architect or builder can incorporate into your project design. If you’d like, we’ll personally deliver the feasibility report to your builder, architect, or permitting government agency.
